Chastity Issues with Foreskin Fit

Aside from eventually managing to reach an orgasm by pulling on the cage here and there, I discovered the device just didn’t work because of my foreskin. The opening is simply too large; when my penis tries to erect, the foreskin completely slips out through it, making it easy to climax. On the other hand, if I put the cage in with my foreskin rolled back, it tends to swell up rapidly—even within 24 hours. So, for me, this was a waste of money. My question is: what sort of device would suit me? I’ve looked around at metal cages extensively, and most seem to allow too much freedom for my taste. If my foreskin has access, it’s useless to me. I have considered the KBT option somewhat; if I can suppress my erections heavily, I won’t be tempted to do anything else.
