A new member asking additional fitting and device questions

Apologies for flooding you with questions; I appreciate your patience and excellent guidance.

1. My first question concerns ring size. I’m using a cb6Ks, which is mostly comfortable. The longest continuous wear period has been just over three days. Initially, I used the largest size but experienced one ball pullout issue, so I moved down two sizes for better comfort. During my second time under lock with this same smaller ring size, my testicles turned dark purple within minutes, prompting me to go up to the next largest ring, which has worked well during two subsequent three-day periods. My testicles are naturally tight, and this fit makes them even tighter. When I get an erection, they still darken but return to normal color once it subsides. I’ve read that the cb6Ks allows for pullouts while maintaining orgasms, but with everything so snug, I doubt I could manage either without significant effort. The pressure is constant, 24/7, yet not particularly painful—even during an orgasm since I can “work” through it. My main concern is avoiding medical issues or long-term problems. Perhaps I should try the larger ring again to see if pullouts recur, but what’s a good method for checking if the fit is healthy?

2. My wife experimented with me this morning to observe how an erection looks while wearing the device. It was an incredible rush for me and quite entertaining for her given her laughter as I writhed around. She noticed my purple testicles, which worried her until I explained it was “normal,” then saw my tip trying to burst out of the slit at the end; she rubbed her finger over it—my god, it was ultra-ultra sensitive.
