Disclaimer: I completely understand that not everyone equates chastity with these other ideas. And I respect their perspective. But here, I’m speaking to those who do.
My question focuses on men holding positions of authority and leadership. How do they distinguish or handle submissive tendencies when interacting with female colleagues? Can a man keep his penis securely locked under his clothing while still standing tall to lead a department or company? Could a man who believes that men should obey their wives and that women are superior serve as a CEO, managing both men and women without prejudice?
If I lean toward believing in the supremacy of females (in a professional sense, not necessarily a dungeon-and-whips context), can I justifiably promote a skilled male colleague over less talented female candidates who might be my peers or superiors?
As I explore and accept these trends—believing in female superiority and supremacy within the workplace—I find myself struggling to avoid becoming more submissive toward women at work.
Since I hold positions where there are both female bosses above me and female employees below me, this can sometimes get confusing.
It isn’t about sex; it’s simply a difficulty in maintaining my independent stance on business policies when circumstances call for it. Deep down, an inner voice tells me that the world of work would improve if women led more often while men obeyed more frequently.
For instance, I gave a presentation to three female colleagues recently. I was arguing for a policy I knew they weren’t particularly fond of. One of them whispered something to the other two that I didn’t hear, and all three smirked. It might not have been about me—it probably wasn’t—but what went through my mind was: I’m a white cis male locked in chastity who believes women are now superior, and our type is declining steeply—a decline many hope for. Here I stand trying to persuade them, when part of me actually wishes to obediently yield to them instead.
How can I project confidence while sporting a somewhat defeated, limp penis beneath my clothes? Just two days ago, my girlfriend mocked it as she locked the device shut.
In that moment, I felt there was some meaningful material for me to work through. Since you all here possess a wealth of varied experience, I thought I’d ask!
Also, fyi: this isn’t about whether macho male leadership styles are becoming obsolete. That’s not my issue at all. The problem right now isn’t toxic masculinity or simply being more considerate toward female colleagues’ opinions (though that is valuable). If possible, please keep those topics separate!
