The people who own this site won’t delete your stuff even if you ask them to when closing out. It’s not that they are unable to do so; it is just their stubborn refusal. You should weigh carefully whether joining this group is truly wise—not necessarily because of the thought that what you write might linger on the web forever, but more likely due to the foolish attitude showing such little regard for your control over your own data.
