Hello everyone .. I reside in chastity .. but my inquiry is this .. if I wear a cage continuously all year round, what occurs to the accumulated semen .. does it vanish or do I remain youthful forever or???? Does anyone have an answer .. should a submissive girl like me be emptied periodically??
