Odd query regarding ruined or minimized orgasm events

This might sound odd or maybe I’m just imagining things, but I want to know if anyone else has gone through something similar. I started wearing the cage by myself without my girlfriend’s knowledge. Once she found out and we discussed it, she decided I should return to a period of teasing and denial. However, they haven’t been strictly chastity-only sessions with just tease and ruined orgasms; she’s allowed me more than usual. Normally during my denial periods, I get one or two releases per month, but lately, I’ve had five or six in just three weeks. It keeps the blue balls at bay while maintaining most of the frustration, which is good. Here’s where it gets strange: after these ruined orgasms, my urine has started smelling bad. I’m not sure if it’s all in my head or actually connected to what’s happening; either way, it seems consistent now. I wonder if something is going on with my bladder or prostate as a result. Aside from that odor issue, everything else feels normal—no blood or leakage. Has anyone experienced this before? I’m really keen to have a full release just to test whether the smell goes away. Previously, doctors treated me for a UTI when it wasn’t one, and then diagnosed a kidney stone that turned out not to be there either. So, I hesitate to trust medical advice on this matter too much. The last doctor wanted to charge over $300 to insert a camera up inside! But since I have no other symptoms, I’m holding off.
