Still fairly new to this setup, so I’m relying on the experience of the ‘old-timers’ here. What exactly is a ruined one? Even more importantly, what’s the point of having one? And the biggest question: what effect does it have? Does it lower arousal levels, or does it increase frustration? Thanks in advance for your help.
