For us (at least when she is around), we have been following her monthly rhythm for many years, with the cage being part of that routine over the last three months. She isn’t keen on other contraceptive methods due to various reasons, but enjoys menstrual sex and cunnilingus during the rest of the month, which works well for me as well. Consequently, I have tried to align my caged chastity with this cycle.
