After three months we finally received our Lori 2a, yet to our disappointment the screw that was already in place within the device appears stripped. All of the extra security screws and keys work together without issue but the one that came pre-inserted into the device will not come out - no matter the angle or the pressure applied when pushing down - it won’t lock in position in any way to allow it to click and release:( Guess we’ll be waiting a while now to send it back, get it fixed and have it returned:/
