It can be frustrating at moments. I purchased two inexpensive metal cages to give them a try, but when my penis gets extremely flaccid, it slips out the back easily. Being overweight and having lost significant weight means I have a substantial pubic fat pad. My penis length is statistically average; however, I am definitely more of a grower than a shower. Yet, in an extreme state of relaxation, my glans can recede deep into that fat tissue.
Consequently, the metal cages haven’t worked for me. I attempted urethral tubes to stop pullouts, but inserting them is difficult because my urethra is exceptionally narrow. I’ve been gradually increasing size with tapered inserts, but the wide opening of the tube resists entry. Even if I manage this method successfully, there are reports that it can lead to UTIs for some users.
My newest acquisition, an HT v3 nub clone, has come nearest to being perfect, though I wish the rear extension on the sheath were just an inch longer to stop escape. To clarify, I don’t slip out passively; rather, with a bit of effort, I can remove it myself. That level of security works for others but not for me. I suspect we’ll never see a larger men’s version because new molds are costly and retailers probably won’t justify the price hike.
I considered ordering a custom CherryKeeper, but they have paused customization orders.
So close.
