I’m planning to shop around soon for a custom cage, likely choosing between Contender and Jailbird. My main worry is whether I can have PIV while keeping the base ring in place. Will the lock mechanism affect my wife at all, or will I need to remove the entire base ring every time she wants intimacy? If removal is necessary, that would be a major drawback since getting it off might take some effort if the sizing is just right. Any thoughts are welcome.
