Hello all. I figured it was time to say hello! I grew up in the Southern United States, but luckily moved away for good. The South is lovely and worth its reputation for beauty and food (even if the diet there can be heavy on cholesterol). Hospitality remains a core value that sticks with me, so I’m grateful my family taught it well. Being non-heterosexual while growing up down south was lucky; my parents were supportive, letting me come out at 14, which gave me an optimistic view of sexuality for most of my life. I’m finishing a master’s degree and heading across the country soon to start a PhD, assuming everything goes smoothly. I love reading and writing beyond schoolwork, though time is always short. Nature means a lot to me; its calm presence is hard to match with anything else in life. I’m not overly feminine, but sometimes like playing around with glamour. My job is mostly male-dominated, so over the last ten years I’ve adopted more masculine traits—not out of need, but because it feels true. I used to say I was bisexual, but lately realize that gender-fluid pansexual fits better—though people usually see me as female or neutral outwardly. People call me a tomboy often, yet I can still sparkle up if the mood strikes. My husband/pet and I are starting our adventure in chastity together. We’ve been in a D/s dynamic for about four years and married nearly one year. Sadly, we’re apart right now—he’s in Canada while I’m here in the US—but we meet roughly once a month. Hoping our immigration process (Canada to USA) speeds up; it feels like we’re making good progress toward closing that distance! I know some don’t link chastity with D/s kinks, but for us it felt natural. Controlling orgasm and teasing/denial have been central to our relationship. He was pretty green when we met, which I loved more than you’d think. Shaping him into the pet companion I always wanted has been easier in many ways… once you click, life gets simpler. Of course, there are ups and downs. Some moments tested our trust, causing pain that lingered (and occasionally still does). Still, we’ve drawn closer over the last year, and I think those cracks are healing. Given how excited we both got talking about chastity lately, this feels like a great new chapter opening up for us. … Why do these posts always end up longer than planned? Heh. My verbosity strikes again—warning given! Thanks to everyone who welcomed me warmly already. I’m glad I found such a helpful community here and look forward to learning more!
