I’m seriously looking at getting a Penile Assault (PA) for better security, but I have some concerns about hygiene and urination. Does having the PA in your urethra make it harder to empty your bladder? Does it feel like you can’t get a full stream out? Also, how much upkeep does a PA require? My priority is finding a device that’s easy on hygiene (open design so I can clean it without taking it off) and prevents pull-out, allowing me to wear it for long stretches.
