Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hello all, I’ve been in a Master/slave dynamic for just over two years now. She holds authority over my self-pleasure privileges. I am married, and my wife knows about my M/s relationship with another woman. Basically, she has decided she doesn’t mind me wearing a chastity device at home. she probably knows why but asks no questions. She does not have a key My Master and I keep the key. I can attend to my wife’s needs without asking permission, but I am forbidden from touching myself sexually unless Master permits it. So, here is the point. I am now 23 days into this new arrangement. I have had sex with my wife three times and received permission once for self-pleasure. Before this setup, I was typically given permission one or two times a week. Personally, I get more satisfaction from masturbating than from intercourse. My Master is not sexual in nature; that is her limit. What I would like to know is how some of you cope with the urge to touch yourself and how you manage the sexual frustration that many of us who are enjoying chastity experience? I have been controlled for years, but not at this level of strictness which I am truly enjoying. So far, I absolutely love it. Do you all have advice on coping? Also, I am forbidden from using my wife as a way to circumvent my predicament. I wouldn’t want to anyway.
