- Since Mistress _____________, (hereinafter referred to as “Mistress”), acknowledges that Slave _________, (hereinafter referred to as “Slave”), requires sexual discipline and training, and cannot stay permanently chaste without coercion, and because the Slave is unable to prove his ability to remain perpetually chaste while recognizing this need, THEREFORE, to ensure proper discipline and training for the Slave, and to guarantee that neither the Slave nor the Mistress needs to worry further about the restraint of the Slave’s sexual urges, and to assure complete abstinence from sex when unsupervised, Mistress and Slave sign this Slave Chastity Contract. This contract requires, among other things, that the Slave wear the described chastity device _________________ (or another type required by the Mistress), and mandates that the Mistress holds sole and exclusive ownership and possession of all keys to said device.
- Definitions: The following terms are used in this agreement with these specific meanings. Chastity: abstinence from any form of sexual activity, particularly genital and anal intercourse, masturbation, and orgasms. Chastity Device: a lockable apparatus currently described as ____________________, capable of being worn for long, extended, continuous periods to enforce total chastity in both active AND passive ways. This includes all replacements or substitutions required by the Mistress, along with attachments such as: anal plugs, catheters, and urethral tubes. Chastity period: The duration during which the Slave is locked within the Chastity Device to maintain chaste status. This includes periods of temporary removal that do not result in relief from sexual urges through genital/anal intercourse, masturbation, or orgasms. Slave: The male recipient of the chastity device, whose body and sexual organs belong sexually to the Mistress. He will wear the Chastity Device according to this contract’s terms. - General rules: By signing, the Slave agrees to submit to the Mistress and be trained as her sex slave. This signifies a transfer of full control over his sexuality to the Mistress, including the transfer of his genitals for her use, training, and enjoyment. From the moment of signature, the Slave’s nipples, tongue, anus, prostate, penis, and testicles (collectively “Sexual Organs”), as well as sperm, pre-cum, and prostatic fluid, become the exclusive property of his Mistress. The Slave must consume these bodily fluids upon order or direction. Once he becomes her exclusive sexual property, the Slave remains chaste whenever and however long the Mistress deems appropriate given his role as a sex slave. Accordingly, ONLY the Mistress determines: whether and when the Slave may masturbate; whether and when the Slave may ejaculate; whether and when the Slave can be orally serviced; whether and when the Slave can self-fuck; whether and when another person may fuck him. By signing, the Slave grants the Mistress discretion to exploit his passive sexuality. Upon execution of this Contract, the Mistress has the right: to use the Slave’s Sexual Organs at any time in suitable places for her own pleasure, whether alone or with other Mistresses, Masters, or slaves; to make the Slave’s Sexual Organs available in appropriate locations to others (Mistresses, Masters, slaves) for their pleasure and enjoyment. Therefore, the slave agrees: always without protest to offer his Sexual Organs to his Mistress if she wishes to use them for her own sexual pleasure; always without protest at her order to offer his Sexual Organs to other Mistresses and slaves for their sexual pleasure.
- Using the Chastity Device: To ensure total chastity even when the Mistress is absent, and to maintain high sexual desire for better function, the Slave agrees that the Mistress may affix and lock the Chastity Device on him. The Mistress has the right at any time to affix and lock the device while she pleases, clearly marking the Slave (via brand or tattoo) as her exclusive property. She also retains the right to immediately affix and lock the device in suitable locations—not just her dungeon or home, but also leather bars or other venues—at BDSM events and similar gatherings. This applies even in front of other Mistresses, Masters, and slaves. The Slave remains submissive and subservient at all times without protest, allowing the Mistress the opportunity to affix and lock him for as long as she wishes, whether others are present or during sexual activities he participates in with her permission. The Mistress need not inform the Slave when his device will be affixed/locked or how long it must stay on. If the Slave wishes to attend or participate in any sexual activity or BDSM event while the Mistress is away, he must notify her in writing beforehand. Only IF she agrees may he go, provided that the Slave remains locked in his Chastity Device before leaving for the party, event, or activity.

It offers relative comfort so that the Slave may continue nearly all normal activities - excluding sexual intercourse. It is their expressed intent that, provided it remains practical and consistent with hygiene, he will work, walk, eat, sleep, shower, and use the toilet without removing the device; The penis sleeve effectively denies even modest pleasure from a full erection, delivering painful punishment for such self-indulgent displays of sexuality. Where applicable, the design also restricts access to the testicles, preventing the Slave from fiddling with them; and where relevant, any rear strap, chain, or cable fits snugly into the buttock seam, making it impossible for him to receive anal use or stimulation without explicit permission from his Mistress. 6. Obligations of the Slave: The following duties apply once the Slave is secured in the Chastity Device. The Slave commits to maintaining a chaste state by using the device to block any unauthorized genital stimulation or orgasm as long as his Mistress deems it necessary. He will wear the apparatus without complaint, ensuring total chastity at all times and places, whether she is present or absent. He accepts wearing no sexual satisfaction for however long and how often her discretion requires, leaving full authority to her on when he might be unlocked and permitted an orgasm or relief. The Slave agrees that if his device is temporarily opened, he will always offer his penis to his Mistress as its legal owner without protest. She may manipulate it manually or via electrical/mechanical tools if she sees fit, or require any other service from it. The Slave must execute every wish or order of his Mistress immediately and without complaint. He is expected to be proactive - if experience allows him to read her gaze or attitude, he will respond instantly rather than waiting for a verbal command. 7. Obligations of the Mistress: The Mistress bears these duties. Only she may open, remove, and lock the Chastity Device. This guarantees that it is correctly affixed and secured. She also ensures the keys are kept securely out of reach by both the Slave and others. Ownership always remains with her; she will ensure the Slave NEVER gains access to them. The Mistress will fit the device tightly enough to make escape without keys impossible. EVERY TIME she locks him in, she carefully checks that it is fitted as tightly as necessary. Moreover, she verifies proper locking so he cannot free himself from both the device and his forced chastity. Thus, his chastity remains fully insured and guaranteed. To her benefit: Only she confirms the Chastity Device is locked shut against sudden reopening. Only she ensures he cannot release himself by tugging or manipulating it to confirm its secure attachment to his genitals. The Mistress will not reveal without express or implied permission from the Slave that she controls his sexuality and genital status, except in specific locations/circumstances such as at a leather bar, during BDSM gatherings, or when providing submission/servitude to her close friends under her direction. 8. Rights of the Mistress: The Mistress holds the right to determine how long he wears the device uninterrupted, aside from routine cleaning and medical care. She decides whether and when it is removed, and if the Slave gets sexual satisfaction or relief. She determines when/if he may fuck, be fucked, receive oral sex, masturbate, or ejaculate. She can keep these decisions hidden from him and change them anytime without explanation, leaving him uncertain about when his device might come off temporarily to allow any of those activities. In suitable settings among Masters, Mistresses, slaves, and/or close friends, she has the right to demonstrate that he wears the Chastity Device, remains strictly chaste, and serves as her sexual property. Anyone interested will be given the chance to look at or even touch the Chastity Device. The Mistress holds authority over the Slave’s Sexual Organs and may use, enjoy, train, or discipline them as she sees fit, allowing others to do so with her permission and oversight. 9. Hygiene and health: The Mistress will periodically briefly unlock the Chastity Device temporarily to clean both the device and the Slave’s genitals, without relinquishing any control over the Slave’s sexuality and genital area. The Mistress may choose to secure the Slave appropriately during cleaning to prevent escape attempts or re-fitting of the device, as well as stopping the risk of the Slave touching or stimulating his genitals while the device is off. Despite this, if sufficient trust has developed with the Mistress, she might allow the Slave to wash and shave himself when unlocked. Washing and shaving will ALWAYS be done in front of and under the watchful eye of the Mistress. The unlocking, re-affixing, and locking of the Chastity Device will ALWAYS be performed by the Mistress herself. Pubic hair represents an undisciplined slave. It is the exclusive right of the Mistress to ensure that the Slave’s genitals are completely shaved so they are clearly visible as belonging to a slave for all to see. Regarding this, the Mistress may have the Slave’s genital hair permanently removed via laser treatments. Before putting on the Chastity Device (again), the Mistress will therefore shave off all of the Slave’s pubic hair until his genital area is completely smooth, and the slave will allow this to be performed whenever required, even when it happens in front of other Mistresses, Masters or slaves. To promote and ensure Prostate health for the Slave, if the Mistress has not allowed the Slave to have an orgasm for more than two weeks, the Mistress will carefully milk the Slave’s prostate while he remains locked in chastity. 10. Special conditions: If necessary for health reasons or other physical conditions that may present an immediate danger of infection or lasting physical damage to the Slave, the Slave may request the Mistress to remove the Chastity Device. The Mistress is then obliged to comply with this request. *** IMPORTANT *** The mere fact that the slave becomes anxious from not being able to reach his penis and or obtain an orgasm is NOT considered a valid health reason. The fact that the Slave cannot cope with the fact that he cannot ejaculate, masturbate, or orgasm when he wants to come is ONLY HIS PROBLEM, which his Mistress does not have to worry about. It CANNOT be a reason to release the Slave from his chastity - on the contrary, it is a good reason to continue his training and discipline all the more vigorously, because what the Slave wants or desires is of no concern to the Mistress. The Slave’s inability to remain chaste without coercion was precisely the main reason why he should be in permanent chastity, for his own benefit as a good sex slave - whether he likes it or not - and HIS MISTRESS is the only one to decide what is in the best sexual interests of the Slave. In other specific cases or for other specific reasons, such as the danger of metal detectors or if the Slave’s profession, job, or work may necessitate it, the Mistress shall have right to temporarily remove the Chastity Device and/or to substitute another (non-metallic) chastity cage on the Slave. 11. Duration of this contract: This contract will be valid indefinitely / __________ weeks / months. The slave is strictly prohibited from requesting termination of the contract unless: the relationship between Mistress and Slave has permanently ended, which either of them can decide. the Slave or the Mistress can no longer fulfill the obligations due to long-term illness or other significant reasons. it becomes clear that wearing the Chastity Device poses a serious health risk to the Slave that cannot be remedied by the substitution of another device. Both Slave______________ and Mistress_____________ declare by signing this contract: That they have carefully read and understand this Contract and all of its terms and provisions; that they fully agree to the entire content of this contract; and that they have signed the contract of their own free will without any coercion.
