Alright, I just had a thought and would love to hear what you all think. It brings back fond memories of finding little prizes inside my morning cereal boxes. Why not have the keyholder purchase several boxes? Open them up (use bread clips or ziplock bags if you’re worried about staleness). Each morning, the wearer picks one box while the holder pours it out—this prevents cheating by dumping too much at once. If only cereal comes out, they get to eat their bowl. But what happens when a key pops out? Ideally, it’s wrapped so it doesn’t ruin the food or get accidentally chewed up. Then, the holder flips a coin or spins a wheel (whatever method you prefer for random chance) to decide: does the key go into another box, or is the wearer finally free?
