Has anyone used dapoxetine or Priligy to help with premature ejaculation? I usually manage fine unless it’s been a while since my last O. My goal is to extend the duration and ensure she leaves happy. While US approval for Priligy isn’t here yet, you can find it in plenty of other regions.
