@Minas just shared a about his six-month progress with permanent chastity, and it got me thinking: Are PA hooks more convenient than rings for extended use? Take urination as an example. Is standing up easier when the hook sticks out slightly from the slit compared to a full ring that might cause splashing? Or does keeping the hook stationary create cleaning issues? It basically acts like a trans-dermal implant.
