What do you think about restarting the dynamic?

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask if you’ve experienced something similar over the past few weeks or months. We were operating on an honor system with a tease and denial routine—at least for those first couple of months, it felt quite thrilling. However, during the last two months, I started feeling increasingly frustrated by the lack of release due to strict adherence to our schedule. I found myself pleading for one even when it wasn’t scheduled. At first, my partner refused, but after we discussed it a bit more, she agreed that I could have one whenever I desired. Here’s where things get interesting. While waiting without an orgasm for so long was frustrating, getting one on demand actually made me feel slightly let down because the thrill of denial and sticking to the schedule seemed to vanish.
