When does it become time to consider a smaller cage? After several weeks, the size that felt right initially begins to look too large. It feels as though the penis has accepted its new reality and shrunk within the device. When moving down in size, should you focus on reducing the diameter or the length? I want to avoid going so small that it pulls away from my body during an erection.
