I have a steelheart that I've had shortened to match what you're looking for. It has an inside diameter of 35 mm and the A ring is 45. It also comes with PA fixation capability. Right now it's locked up, but I can release it tomorrow so we can get some photos taken. I've noticed that the length feels a bit short when wearing it for extended periods.
