Custom-made chastity devices I want to demonstrate how I construct some of my cages in this guide. Having a lathe and threading tools will be useful, as well. Step drills with 0.1 mm increments would also simplify the process. I covered these steps back on tumblr several years ago, but that platform no longer serves us for such kinky content. Start by taking a brass ring that is 32 mm inside diameter and 44 mm outside. Flatten one face of it using your lathe or file. Next, mark twelve equally spaced points with center punches. To do this accurately, I rotate the lathe chuck in 30-degree increments while holding the punch against the fixed turning steel. This keeps everything aligned from the ring’s center. Coil the wire around a cylinder roughly 30 to 32 mm wide, depending on how much spring-back occurs when you release it. Aim for an inner diameter of about 35 mm at minimum. Cut twelve pieces from this coil, leaving them slightly long. The notch measures 9 mm across and is 2.5 mm deep. Align the nozzle and trim the bars to length. Take out the screw and nozzle. Cover the bottom holes temporarily with tape. Fill each hole halfway with two-part epoxy resin, insert the bars, and space them evenly by angle or distance. Cure everything in a 150 °C oven for five minutes.
