We kicked off this journey a few weeks back, and today I was dealing with significant pain in my left testicle. After finding some time, I visited the doctor who examined both my prostate and scrotum. The diagnosis is Epididymitis—an inflammation of the tubes within the testes—which can stem from accumulated semen. My plan involves taking antibiotics while ejaculating more frequently. Additionally, I need to stay out of my cage for a bit until any potential infection clears up and the swelling goes down. To help with this, I helped my KH reach orgasm several times before she stroked me free. I really want to get the right cage size (I suspect mine might be part of the issue since it has only a 40mm ring, whereas I probably need a 45).
