I just bought the short (45mm), steel A226 from Aliexpress. It feels comfortable, is easy to clean, and looks like it would work well for long-term use. However, I have one issue: when I get aroused, my tip pokes out through the front. Even though most of it stays behind the bars, about 5mm sticks out. This teasing aspect is nice, but I’d rather keep everything secured. Are there any simple solutions? Someone mentioned pliers. Is this even a real concern? The device seems quite robust.

My balltrap exhibits the same behavior. Some folks have managed to pinch it in gradually with pliers without issues, though occasionally this can weaken or break the welds. I simply left mine as it came because I don't wear that device around the clock. Since my use case involves tease play, I'm perfectly okay with its little "flaw".
