Greetings everyone, I was an active member here several years ago but have been away from the forum for quite a while now. My fascination with chastity has sparked up again, though I haven’t actually tried it yet. Another passion of mine is seeing how technology integrates into Kink. Deviant Designs () produce some fantastic Gizmos. For instance, there’s an electroshock unit that operates as a self-service device, managed via Amazon Echo Dot and Raspberry Pi. The potential for inexpensive single-board computers in the kink realm is vast, such as:
- Estim triggered by heart rate
- Math quizzes where correct answers bring estim rewards and wrong ones bring punishment
- Beep tests (shuttle runs) with estim-based reward and punishment
- IoT Chastity Vault
- Predicament bondage setups
- Continuous monitoring of a metal chastity device via resistance measurement to ensure it stays within safe limits. Why To be honest, I want to start a chastity journey mainly because I enjoy the sensation of being controlled and denied. However, I also view it as a way to heighten mental clarity. Chastity isn’t just about wearing the device; while selecting the right one initially is crucial so you don’t waste time switching devices mid-period, the core experience lies elsewhere. It’s more about mental awareness than how long you stay locked up or the weight and size of the hardware. For me, a chastity device should be simple yet secure—a tool to enable that mindset:
- Learning to live by helping others without expecting anything in return
- Showing respect to people
- Cultivating mature consistency
- Avoiding self-centeredness. I believe mental awareness is vital for wearers with a keyholder involved, as the dynamic works both ways; the Key holder must also gain value from the arrangement. The Key holder seeks someone reliable, useful, and low-maintenance, avoiding these traits:
- Someone trying to dominate from below by forcing the Key holder’s hand. This controlling behavior can become frustrating for the Key holder.
- A constant play-by-play commentary of what’s happening inside your chastity with replays. The Key holder doesn’t need all that detail; as long as the device is secure, they have nothing to worry about:-). How I’m exploring the chastity device market to find what suits me best. - Buy a basic, comfortable chastity device (a bit of an oxymoron) suitable for long-term wear.
- Wear it progressively, extending the duration up to one month. This gives me time to resolve any issues and get used to it.
