Following advice from @Nicoftime and @Vinny, I’ve swapped my device from a hinged ring to a solid one. The difference is incredible! With the flat-profile base of the hinged ring, I had to wear the 45mm size because the 40mm caused irritation under my sack within an hour. However, the 40mm solid ‘donut’ profile ring is incredibly comfortable. It also keeps my foreskin contained thanks to the cage design, so no pinching. Plus, it’s amazing how easy it is to put on. My Wife asked, “How the fuck did you fit that through there?!”:) The good news is I think I’ve finally found THE device for 24/7 wear without any issues. Obviously, that’s also the bad news…
