My piercer suggested skipping the PA because my foreskin attaches to the shaft quite near the glans, which would make the piercing too shallow (unless I modify the foreskin first). So now I’m considering an ampallang instead. The catch is that most options out there are custom cages when it comes to ampallangs. How can this type of piercing fit into a standard cage?
