After testing numerous cages with limited success, we are finally ready to try a full belt (my wife has come around!). Neosteel seems well-regarded here, and crucially, they don’t use a ball ring, which was the problem with almost every other device I’ve tried. Besides their good reputation, there isn’t much info out there. Can any current owners share what it’s like to wear one full time? Does it show under clothing (it would look strange above the waistline)? Do you need to remove it daily for cleaning (I’m uncut)? Is it secure? Are there rubbing or irritation issues that might make long-term use difficult?
