I have tweaked the wording here to better reflect the dynamic between myself and my new “Pure Submissive” as well as Chastity Slave. Enjoy! You are welcome to use any part or all of it.
MASTER AND SLAVE AGREEMENT PURPOSE: This document outlines the duties and relationship between two individuals: the Master and the slave. The slave is required to wear a locking device, while the Master holds authority over those locks and consequently controls the sexual conduct of the slave. DEFINITION: The Chastity Device is a locking apparatus that encloses the male genitalia to prevent erection, handling, or climax; alternatively it can block access to other body openings so pleasure is restricted without causing physical injury. PARTICIPANTS: The slave agrees to keep his penis secured beyond reach inside the device and have his other openings blocked as the Master decides. The Master agrees to hold onto the keys for the locking mechanism. TERM: Upon signing, the slave grants the Master full authority to end this agreement at any time. The contract stays active based on the pleasure of the Master. DUTIES: The slave must wear the device constantly. The slave keeps it clean and takes it off only for inspection when supervised by the Master. The slave alerts the Master right away if there are issues with fit or cleanliness. The Master allows up to one removal per week, at her discretion, for shaving and cleaning purposes. The slave never tries to outsmart or defeat the purpose of the device. The Master keeps the keys in a secure spot where the slave cannot reach them. The Master unlocks the device only when she chooses. The slave gives up all say in how long he stays locked, even if it is forever. The slave accepts behavior changes aimed at eliminating erectile function. The slave agrees to use prosthetics instead of his penis to satisfy either himself or his Master. The slave allows others to use these prosthetic devices on him for their enjoyment. The slave submits to whatever the Master requires, including serving both men and women (provided those parties show discretion). Both sides agree that a device removal is allowed for medical reasons or severe discomfort. During this time no sexual release occurs, and once the health issue is resolved, the slave must put the device back on immediately. KEYS: The Master keeps all keys to the devices. The Master provides one emergency key for the slave to use during doctor visits, medical emergencies, or situations where excessive harm might occur. The slave agrees that in such cases he will notify the Master instantly and no sexual release is allowed. If he removes it himself, punishment as detailed in this contract applies. Once his health issue clears up, the slave must re-secure the device immediately and inform the Master of what happened. THE MASTER MAY NOT: Cause physical harm. Force him to use any toy or device that causes pain. Require brands, tattoos, or piercings. Demand inappropriate public attire or accessories. Require actions that could damage his reputation or job. Demand behaviors bad for the slave’s health. SEXUAL RELEASE AND PLEASURE: The Master controls all of the slave’s sexual release and enjoyment, including but not limited to: Orgasm (ruined or normal), forced orgasm, anal pleasure, milking, electro stimulation, edging, nipple play, vibrating devices, etc. ATTIRE: The slave agrees that the Master may require specific clothing, such as feminine wear like hosiery and heels, BDSM gear, fetish outfits, headpieces, costumes, diapers, etc. In these cases he follows her directives strictly. The Master promises not to demand clothes unsuitable for public life or work duties, nor those causing humiliation in public opinion. The slave acknowledges that the Master may dress herself provocatively to tease him without owing him a release because of it. PENALTIES AND PUNISHMENTS: Both sides agree that breaking the contract leads either to cancellation or corrective punishments. If the Master breaches the contract, the slave can choose to cancel it. Cancellation means immediate removal from the device. The Master handles any breach by the slave as she sees fit according to below rules. Unauthorized removal of the device may result in: Forced insertion of prosthetics for a safe period, prolonged forced edging, electro stimulation, nightly binding, sessions with mechanical machines (all privately), etc. If unauthorized removal includes sexual release, penalties include all above plus: Prosthetic devices inserted and secured so they stay hidden under clothes during work or chores; forced milking where the slave must ingest the sample or have it placed on his face/body/anus; physical labor like housework, volunteering, or exercise. The slave accepts further punishments such as flogging, private humiliation, servitude, or other methods to correct infractions. Refusing these terms allows immediate termination of the agreement and may justify harsher actions by the Master. MISCELLANEOUS: Beyond the main device, the Master can apply extra restraints like a hood, collar, cuff, gag, strait-jacket, spreader bar, steel cage, corset, back brace, leg braces, armor, or breathing devices. The slave may also use these on himself. The Master and slave decide together when to share details about their arrangement with others. CONTRACT: This is serious business requiring deep thought. Understand what you are asking for before agreeing. It binds you to live outside social norms. You must give up physical pleasure or manage abstinence carefully. Many view free will as a divine right, but those who become submissive understand they transfer that freedom to their dominant partner to find true purpose. It is highly rewarding yet goes against nature. Cancellation of the contract: The slave cannot simply ask to cancel unless specific reasons apply: The relationship ends. Either party can no longer fulfill obligations due long-term illness or incapacity.

The Master and Slave might relocate because of work or family duties, making it hard to keep up with their responsibilities. Both parties confirm they are over 21 years old, have read and understood this pact, and enter into it willingly without pressure. He will endure constant desire and wait for what may never arrive, staying focused on his obedience to his Master.
