I’ve been wearing a MM jailbird cage for roughly two weeks now. The issue is that it’s too long, so I need to send it back. Usually, when I get an erection, the fit is okay. However, during particularly strong erections—like at night or while my key holder teases me—the pressure builds up significantly. When this happens, my balls feel trapped in a vice. My worry is that switching to a shorter cage might make things worse because it could allow my penis to push forward even more, crushing the testicles further.
