Long-Term Chastity Cage Solution for 00ga PA Piercing

I have a prince albert piercing sized at 00ga. My Dom wants me to find a chastity cage/device that works well for wearing over long periods. Since PA piercings tend to shrink as time goes on, keeping jewelry in place to stop this shrinking is highly desired…it’s practically required. The PA-5000 is known, but its biggest attachment is 4ga. That’s four sizes up from mine, meaning the piercing could still get much smaller over time. I thought about using medical grade rubber tubing placed over the 4ga insert to bring it back up to a 00ga fit, though I’m not sure if that would hold. Also, he worries the PA-5000 leaves too much of my penis showing; with a vibrator applied, I might still reach orgasm. Because of these issues, it feels like less than an ideal choice for me.
