Full Belts discussion

“When I put on a full belt, how much can the penis tube move if you push and pull on the shield?” Some context might help clarify what I mean. A while back, my wife agreed to lock me up because I was masturbating too frequently, which was hurting our sex life. After wearing a CB6000 for several weeks, I realized I could still reach orgasm fairly easily. Before that, I knew I could come without being fully erect. So, I think a full belt is the right choice, but it’s expensive if I can still give myself orgasms on my own. Since I’m an engineer with a small home workshop, I decided to build one using standard DIY materials. The metal is aluminium instead of stainless steel, so it might be less secure, but the goal isn’t maximum security; I want to see if a full belt allows for orgasm denial. I’ve attached a photo of my creation. It’s modeled after sports-style belts, and I’m happy with how it turned out. Finding a simple wire attachment method was the toughest part. Yes, it’s a bit ugly (not as pretty as some commercial ones), but it works and isn’t finished yet. Everything is held together with nuts and bolts; I haven’t swapped them for padlocks yet, but it’s good enough to test functionality. Testing went reasonably well at first. It’s comfortable to wear, which maybe should have hinted that it wasn’t tight or restrictive enough. However, I soon discovered I could bring myself to orgasm by wiggling the belt around. The front shield is solidly attached to the belt, but I can slide it up and down about 1/4” (6mm). When aroused, this movement stimulates the base of my penis sufficiently to reach climax. I’m disappointed but determined to persevere. So here’s my question: how much tube movement is typical with a properly fitted full belt? If a correctly sized belt doesn’t allow for any tube movement, then mine is too loose and I’ll need to drill more holes to reduce the belt diameter or shorten the front shield. If good fit always allows some movement, maybe I’m just overly sensitive. Thanks.
