Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Question…I’ve been a self locker for years being locked for months at a time. Recently I was diganosed with prostate cancer and had surgery. It was successful but there are major changes. First, I cannot get an erection, Second, I cannot ejaculate and Third, my penis is about 1 1/2 shorter because of the nature of the surgery. But I’m still horney and my body is very sensitive. So, do I relock myself and if I do, it will be very long term or do nothing since the main objectives of a chastity device have been accomplished because of the surgery. Would like to hear your opinion.
