My trusty CB3000 has cracked so many times that it finally became unreparable. Noticing design parallels between the Lori’s 2C and the 6000 series, my KH decided a switch to the latter would serve as a solid interim solution—and potential backup—until her 2C arrives for proper fitting in July.

I’ve worn the CB6000s for roughly 24 hours now, so these are just initial impressions. The plan is continuous wear (24/7), with weekly T&D and cleaning sessions plus a release every five to six weeks. I had been locked in the CB3000 continuously for over a month before it gave out, then spent eight days outside while shipping from Extreme Restraints delayed the 6000s.

After figuring out assembly and how to lock it securely, I was immediately struck by its reduced bulk compared to the older model. The flat semi-oval testie ring is a major upgrade; the new design makes putting it on much easier since you don’t need to thread your balls through a tight opening. Everything connects smoothly, although those with short pubic hair might find their hair getting caught in the sliding parts during fitting.

Once locked and fitted, I was amazed at how superior this feels compared to other CBXXXX devices I’ve owned (the CB2k, CB3K, and The Curve). Its compact build keeps everything positioned better and allows more freedom of movement without tugging on my testicles. While the CB3K had an extra inch of length that left some slack, I nearly fill the 6000s even when normally flaccid, which makes a significant difference in comfort and reduces the need for constant adjustment. There is absolutely no “turtleing back,” a problem I faced frequently with the 3K. Urination has also improved greatly because everything aligns perfectly with the slot and stays there. I could probably pee standing up, though I doubt I’ll bother since spraying everywhere remains a risk.

I will note that the oval shape makes the ring feel slightly tighter yet more secure, while its flatness is easier on the skin under the scrotum. Unlike when I first broke in my 3K, I haven’t felt that intense burning sensation, nor does this flat ring slide forward as much as the round one did—which previously caused testicle pain or a blue-balls ache. Even after a month of continuous wear in the 3K, I still dealt with morning erection discomfort and some scrotum burning; with the 6000s, these issues are largely gone, though my scrotum does feel tighter in the mornings, so I use a bit more lotion.

I’m using the second-largest ring paired with the smallest spacer, just as I did with the 3K. The first thing my KH wife did was slip a finger under the testie ring and slightly into the tube to check how easily I could pull out backward. She determined that while I can pull out, reinserting it without the key would be quite difficult for her. Knowing this limits us both, she decided we’d keep using the 6000s until my Lori’s 2C arrives. To address this specific issue, she ordered the 2C with spikes (dulled rods according to Ms Lori).

Looking at more successful devices on the market, the trend appears to favor those that fit snugly and effectively manage erections, thereby reducing discomfort, scrotal pain, and chafing. The 6000s fits this pattern—erections are far less enjoyable with this device because there is nowhere for them to go. My KH is delighted by this aspect of the 6000s and reminds me that my permanent 2C will offer similar or even greater control. Thus, beyond orgasm denial, chastity here involves erection management as well, creating an incentive to avoid erections whenever possible while locked.

My conclusion so far: without a doubt, this is the best CBXXX design ever in terms of comfort, security, and concealability. It isn’t 100% secure because it’s plastic and can be pulled out, but compared to existing plastic devices, it represents a dramatic improvement. I would certainly recommend it to anyone starting out or exploring chastity. It also seems an excellent entry point and good backup for those transitioning to more secure and/or permanent metal options.
