Hello, I’m a 33-year-old male and new to this place. I’ve had a chastity fetish for some time now and am trying to dive deeper into it.:) The concept is very alluring, though I’m sure many of you have experienced the same… It begins simply enough, but hormones accumulate gradually and steadily. Within a short period (for me, usually just days), an intense, irresistible urge to release takes over. This feeling clouds my judgment and overrides whatever willpower or logic I possess. Because I don’t have a keyholder (KH), I find it hard to resist myself. Short-term tricks like freezing the keys are ineffective for me because the urge doesn’t subside long enough for me to retrieve them, yet I need quick access to the keys on short notice for any genuine emergencies. Consequently, I can never remain locked long enough to truly adopt a chaste mindset. Naturally, I regret letting go as soon as I do, but by then it’s too late. Rather than focusing solely on finding more secure ways to store my key, I realize that willpower is just as crucial to chastity, perhaps even more so than the cage itself. So I’m curious: how does everyone else manage this urge, whether with or without a KH? Breathing exercises? Cold showers? Abdominal flexes? Mental techniques? Distraction? Peer support? Anything that lasts long enough to overcome the desire for release and allows me to sleep through the night. For those who have a keyholder, how do they help keep you locked beyond just physically holding the key? Thank you!:)
