Some of you encouraged me to share my sample contract for feedback, so here it is:
Chastity Contract
Definitions
CHASTITY BELT: Any lockable wearable device designed for continuous wear to prevent masturbation, infidelity, control sexual urges or aggression, or allow sexual intercourse.
USER: The individual who will wear the device, hereafter referred to as the HUSBAND. By definition, the HUSBAND has granted the control of his sexual organs and services to the KEYHOLDER.
KEYHOLDER: The individual who will hold the key and the control for the device, hereafter referred to as the WIFE. By definition, the WIFE is the individual entrusted with absolute say in the use of the user’s sexual organs, services, and anything else she determines.
Term Husband will wear said device for the foreseeable future.
Hygiene
- Husband is responsible for daily cleaning of the device.
- Husband must notify the Wife immediately regarding any concerns about function or cleanliness.
- The Wife permits at least one removal in a seven-day period for cleaning and shaving.
- Husband agrees that such release may be supervised and accepts all terms set by the Wife, including restraints if deemed necessary.
- During this release, Husband will shave to keep the genital area hair-free.
- Husband must immediately re-secure the device after cleanings.
Both parties acknowledge that a release from the device is permitted for medical issues or extreme discomfort. However, during such releases, no sexual releases are allowed. Once the medical condition is rectified, immediate return of the device commences without delay.
Keys
- Wife retains all keys to said device.
- Wife carries one key on her person at all times.
- Husband will not attempt to defeat the device in any way.
- Wife provides one emergency key for use during medical emergencies, doctor appointments, or other situations where excessive bodily harm might occur.
Husband agrees that in such an emergency, he must notify the Wife immediately and no sexual release is permitted. If self-release is attempted/carried out, punishment as outlined will apply. Once the medical condition is rectified, Husband re-secures the device immediately and notifies the Wife of this action.
Sexual Release Wife agrees that husband is entitled to a release when she feels like it. Releases last between 8 and 24 hours. Wife has sole discretion over how releases are carried out. At least one release per year will be via sexual intercourse. Husband acknowledges that Wife may have certain sexual needs fulfilled, and such releases for her do not count as a release for him.
- Husband agrees to satisfy the Wife by whatever means she deems necessary.
- Sexual releases may include being restrained as determined by the Wife.
- The Wife may release husband for sexual play but no orgasm is permitted until she allows it.
Husband agrees to use any sexual aids such as (but not limited to) strap-on, vibrators, dildo, and other artificial aids to satisfy the Wife. The Wife may use these devices in addition to other restraints on Husband, with no say for him to object. (Begging is allowed up to a point; once told by the Wife to stop, compliance is expected. Failure results in immediate and future punishment.)
Non-Sexual Releases The Wife may release Husband out of good nature, which does not constitute sexual release.
- Husband abides by all directions during such releases.
- Husband re-secures the device upon command from the Wife.
Attire The Wife requires certain clothing for Husband (including feminine items like heels and hosiery). In these cases, he follows her directives. He will always wear panties approved by the Wife. The Wife agrees not to require clothing detrimental to public wear or opinion unless she feels it causes humiliation. Husband acknowledges that the Wife may adorn herself in various ways to tease/torment him; this is not grounds for a sexual release.
Chores
- Husband takes responsibility for all household chores directed by the Wife (laundry, dishes, kitchen/bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, general cleanup). The Wife may request these at any time and in any attire. Husband cleans bathrooms naked except for chastity cage, wears a full maid’s uniform at least once weekly when cleaning house, and is never un-chastised while dressed as a Sissy maid.
General Understandings
- Daily life decisions (child development, finances, etc.) do not affect the agreement terms. The Husband has a limited budget controlled by the Wife; he must ask permission before buying non-essential items. The Wife may use various methods to tease/torment him at any time with no say for him to stop her. Wife understands she is free to receive sexual gratification from Husband during confinement. Rewards (including release) are given for good behavior: pampering, dinner dates, gifts, massages, etc. The Wife may use a key and lock. She can inform others of her control via the chastity cage, with no say for him regarding who she shares it with.
Husband agrees that failure to accept terms results in punishment or cancellation. Breach by Wife cancels contract. Breach by Husband is handled at Wife’s discretion. Unauthorized removal leads to 30-day lock-up/denial (no sexual releases). If a dildo was involved during unauthorized release, it becomes 60 days. Additional punishments may apply. Punishments include restraining, spanking, flogging, humiliation, servitude, etc.
ns is the means for immediate termination of this agreement, and that such refusal could lead to other detrimental behavior on part of Wife.
