Is three months twelve weeks, ninety days, or just three calendar months? It matters right now because my KH needs to pin down the exact length of this first long-term lock up session without me having a say, even though I originally proposed going long term. I calculated that 3 months equals 12 weeks and 84 days, but she told me to ask what others think three months means in terms of total days.

Divide 365 by 12 and you get about 30.5 days per month.
Multiply that by 3 to get roughly 91.5 days.
Also, I suspect the punctuation keys on your keyboard might be malfunctioning.

Three months can be interpreted as 84 days, 90 days, 93 days, or whatever number of days she decides it equals. If she declares that three months is 200 days, then so be it.

So the calculation comes out to 13 weeks, which fits with the saying "lucky for some are thirteen."

It is a reasonable question since the actual day count can fluctuate—as several others have noted.
I would suggest that once you reach this stage... it really won't matter much. Yes, there is a significant gap between four days and five days...... but after passing the one-month mark, every extra day becomes far more manageable.
