Alright, I’m starting a new thread here to document my thoughts and updates.
My wife and I have been experimenting with the various chastity cages and belt I own. So far, the HT2 knock-off is the most comfortable and practical, but she managed to pull me out from behind even in soapy showers. This makes it hard to claim it’s truly effective after that happens.
The belt has performed well though. For only $100, it was worth trying. It required a lot of bending, adjusting, and fiddling over the past few weeks, but now it’s quite wearable during the day, and I haven’t found a way to pull out yet. There are some changes I’d really like to make, such as switching to a cable back.
This weekend, with the kids away again, we had more time for playtime. As usual on our child-free weekends, my wife quickly wanted me into the belt. Between gentle teasing and lots of innuendo, Sunday brought great sex. Yay!
I also wore the belt out in public for the first time this weekend. Previously she would unlock me before I left, but this time she sent me to the grocery store without giving back the key. I think she forgot… and I didn’t say anything. She seemed a bit worried when I returned, but everything went smoothly.
One feature of the belt that my wife initially disliked was the post with a lock on the front (and centered on the rear strap). By default, it rattles, sticks out, and is generally annoying. That changed when my wife spotted some chain we had lying around for hanging plants. She locked it to the front of the belt and used it as a leash.
Then she realized laundry needed doing. So, I was chained to the bed while folding diapers… yes, I am a bedwetter and handle it with diapers. It’s just a fact of life, not really a kink thing. This is one reason my belt wearing is usually limited to daytime hours.)

I don’t expect or want to move toward a full “FLR” (Female Led Relationship) or “D/s” dynamic or any other such structure. I like being respected equals, and want to keep it that way… during the week we do chastity at my request (to focus on work), while on weekends without kids it’s at her request (playtime!).
