I’ve been abstaining from masturbation for just over a month and wearing my CB for nearly that long. My wife and I agreed that she has discretion when it comes to me having an orgasm, so far allowing about one per week. All three times have been self-induced. To give you some context on the change: before this, I was averaging 7-8 orgasms a week; now, my maximum is just one. What I’ve noticed is that whenever I am allowed to cum and ejaculate, I feel a dull ache beneath my testicles along with a severe headache lasting roughly ten minutes post-ejaculation. Has anyone else dealt with this when starting out in chastity? Does it tend to fade over time?
