I notice comments about individuals locked up for days, weeks, months, and perhaps even years. However, realistically speaking, how long is too long before they get unlocked? Assuming there is no unlocking for things like “hand-on” tease and denial play, and the keyholder wants a long-term arrangement with no touching and no orgasm, what seems realistic to you? I understand emergencies or doctor visits might require exceptions, but I am thinking more about periodic unlocking mainly for hygiene purposes.
