Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

My wife and I were chatting last night; she shared a few points where her satisfaction was lacking regarding our sex life. The main issue is that she wants me to endure longer… to “fuck her harder, for quite some time”. However, this has always been tough for me, even before we got into tease, denial, and chastity games. It gets even tougher if we have intercourse after I’ve been denied for a few days or so. The whole thing could literally wrap up in just a minute or two. I attempt to slow down my pace and hold back, which helps somewhat, but she feels that isn’t quite satisfying enough (my reduced thrusting speed, stopping and starting again, etc). Naturally, there are potential solutions, like her unlocking me so I can masturbate a few hours before we plan our sex time (we usually schedule it around the kids or other commitments), but both of us agree this approach somewhat contradicts the core ideas of denial and chastity. Has anyone else dealt with wanting more stamina while your wife desires longer endurance, especially after a period of denial? Did you find a workaround that kept tease and denial as part of your lives (at least partially)? I am very open to suggestions. I love T&D and want it to remain central to our sex life, but I also want her to be as satisfied as possible during actual intercourse. Thanks for any advice!
