One week in so far. I wear the cage continuously at work and home (it stays on when my wife leaves and comes back). Not yet for sleeping because of morning erections. It’s a 1-1/4” size, and removing it leaves striations on the glans. The foreskin gathers behind that first ring, though the shaft diameter is fine.
