Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I am writing to solicit recommendations for my wife. We have experimented with locking me up for a few days, up to a week. This time I think we are ready for long-term lockup, whatever that means. It has been four very intense days. I can’t stop thinking about how beautiful she is, how much I want to be with her, how wonderful she is. My favorite thing to do is hold her and kiss her. Her slightest touch or text drives me wild. She literally has me by the balls. She says I am now acting very differently toward her but you would have to ask her about that because I don’t see the change. I think she enjoys her newfound power, but she is not sure what to do next, I think. (For all I know she may be all set with her intuition and both keys) Since we are now doing this long term, what should she do now? Is it best to start with a long lockup? How long? At what point should she release me? Only when she wants me inside her? Or should she set a date? Or make it a game? I am torn because I love the way this feels and I don’t want to be released yet. I also feel desperate to be released and I ask her to let me out occasionally, which she rightfully denies. What else should she do? Should she punish me somehow for indiscretions? Should she assert her control publicly or in new ways? Should she tease me or just keep it locked up? Any other advice for her? At night she sometimes asks me to read to her articles or blogs about chastity. Once we have a few comments I will read this to her, and it will be the first she knows that I have posted this.
