My approach (if you can call it that) is capping my total at 52 orgasms for the year. I realize that’s not much to most people here, but it feels significant because I usually wank like a teenager with no restraint.
The rule is simple: I only allow one orgasm per Sunday. If I miss the window for any reason, there’s no rollover; that opportunity is lost and counts against my annual total.
I’m currently single without a keyholder. I own a Holytrainer which I’ll be using, but practically speaking, it won’t be on 24/7. So this will also serve as a test of self-control, something I need to build since I’ve historically lacked it…
