I’m a thirty-year-old guy who still struggles with the habit of masturbating often, typically once daily. I’ve been thinking about purchasing a small chastity belt (like the Holy Trainer), but I’m unsure if it will suit me. My main worries are hygiene and how much impact it will have on my routine. Since I possess strong willpower for abstaining from masturbation each day, failing to do so causes that intention to build up over time, which significantly disrupts my work and daily life until I finally give in.
Hygiene is another concern because I plan to wear the lock continuously for at least a week or longer. Could leftover urine inside the cage become an issue over those weeks?
