Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hello everyone, I am looking for some guidance. I have been wearing my lock for over six months (permanently/full-time). I was scheduled to be released after that half-year mark, followed by another period decided by my keyholder. I needed a one-hour break for a medical visit (my keyholder accompanied me to make sure nobody touched her property without permission while I was out) and got re-locked within five minutes of returning home. When the six months were up, they told me that because of the doctor’s appointment, I had to wait three more months before my next release. I argued that since I hadn’t actually ejaculated, this shouldn’t count as a true break, and managed to get an extra month added on top. I am accustomed to long-term denial, and apart from occasional breaks, I realize my chastity is here for the long haul in our dynamic. However, my keyholder has little interest in sex herself, so I suspect my sentence will stretch past a year at least, maybe indefinitely. I know she would prefer me locked forever with no releases ever. What I am curious about is whether you feel like she has already decided this and just hasn’t said it out loud. It would be helpful to get an outsider’s perspective from someone who isn’t too deeply involved in the situation yet. I admit, I do wish for permanent denial because I hate how depressed I feel after ejaculating; that low mood seems to last longer as time goes on. But the idea of never cumming again makes me anxious. I know it wasn’t just a bluff since it has been nearly eight months now and passed the point where we could easily return to my six-month release cycle, but last night I was told my sentence is being extended (because I acted like a “sex pest” trying to grope her breast) though she isn’t certain how much longer.
