Hello everyone. I have a question about trapped ball devices that I haven’t seen answered in previous threads yet. When you get permission to let go, do you take off the whole setup (base ring and cage) or just remove the cage? I’m wearing an MM Queen’s Keep (decided by my KH), so it seems like keeping the base ring on during a release would make putting the cage back on and lock ing it quicker and easier for her. That said, I wonder if leaving that ring in place might restrict movement because of the sticking out locking pin. I was planning to propose this idea to my KH but wanted some opinions first.
