I don’t have a keyholder right now since there’s no one nearby. I’m quite happy with remote or online submission, but I know many Mistresses prefer having the physical key on hand, which includes backup keys! It bothers me to be without an emergency key that is accessible not too far away, and regular cleaning means those keys need to come back regularly. So it’s a struggle for me to give up all my keys when going distance. The concept of someone mailing me a lock works well, but then what if I have no key at all in an emergency? I’d like to know how the rest of you handle this situation with remote keyholders? Where are your keys located and what setups do you use for emergencies? Thanks for sharing!
