For the last five and a half months I’ve been experiencing ruined orgasms every week or so, with very few ‘full’ ejaculatory climaxes. My annual check-up this past week showed my PSA levels were noticeably higher than ever before for the first time. I’m nearly 59 years old and have used Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for about two and a half years now. While it’s well known that TRT can bump up PSA readings, I’m curious if these frequent ruined orgasms contribute to that as well. Solving one issue might just create another. Hormones are tricky things.
