I’ve heard that many guys in cages manage to climax. I always thought this was what they refer to as a “ruined” orgasm, but is my understanding correct? My partner and I have attempted several times to get me to cum while locked up without success; there’s plenty of leakage, yet no actual ejaculation. The last attempt involved the glans ring setup, which was quite an experience. So, does real ejaculation happen from vibration and teasing while caged? What methods help people achieve this?
